Foodie Friday #31 - Caramel Fondue/ Ice Cream Topping

For our most recent "Musical Club" night with the girls I made this Caramel Fondue and some apple slices.  That way at least we feel like we are eating "healthier"... basically we can justify eating the goodies more.  One of the other girls brought a delicious Blueberry Cobbler.  So we got our fruit for the day. LOL. 


This stuff tastes AMAZING on apples, bananas or even as an ice cream topping!  And if you don't use it all (you probably won't -it makes a TON), just freeze it and reheat in the microwave when you need it. 
Are you drooling yet?  Well, here's the recipe!

Melt and stir together in a saucepan:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup corn syrup
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 tbsp water

Take off heat and add:
1/4 cup Skor bits (or toffee pieces)
1-2 tap vanilla
